Contact me via the contact form or "book a call" button on this page. I will then send out a welcome pack to you which includes all the information on how to get started, important forms and exciting content!

STEP 2

1 on 1 consultation

We will then set up your first 1 on 1 phone conversation. It's here where we will get to know more about each other and set you your SMART goals.

STEP 3

Your 12 week programme is brought to life!

After I collect all the information needed, I will write up your bespoke 12 week programme.

STEP 4

Time to work hard

You put in the hard work and I am here to support every step of the way. I will offer weekly consultations and monthly reviews to tweak and adjust your programme to fit your progress rate.
